THE CONTRACT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE WEBSITE PRESENTATION
The Contract is concluded between:
1. Belgrade Association of Inventors and Authors of Technical Improvements
2. The Participant
Article 1
 The
participant is obligated to pay the sum of _______ dinars for the
presentation of his/her invention or finished product on the website
(205-1185-25),
Komercijalna banka - Belgrade
in the duration of one year.
Article 2
The beneficiary is obligated:
To spend the entire sum of money for the organization and realization of the Association Website. .
To
supply the participant with complete advertising and propaganda, according
to the data provided in the questionnaire which is the integral
part of the Contract.
To
point out on its Website in a clear and attractive way the importance
of the advertising material concerning the innovation, invention,
or finished product.
To advertise the participant continually over its current Website during the participant's one-year presentation on the site
To represent the Participant on all the important exhibitions that the Association organizes.
If, among the options in the questionnaire, the author chooses the one of communicating with the users exclusively over the Association, the Association will regularly inform the author about all the incoming requests.
To keep the business secret and not to reveal any data without the consent of the author/participant
Article 3
If the Sponsor does not fulfill his/her obligation stated in Article 1 of this Contract, the Beneficiary is not held responsible for the fulfillment of the obligations stated in Article 2 of this contract
Article 4
If the Beneficiary does not fulfill his/her obligation stated in article 2 of this Contract, the amount stated in Article 1, paid into the gyro account of the beneficiary will be treated as liability to the Sponsor, and will be returned to the participant, together with the interest charged as a penalty for tardiness.
Article 5
If any disputes should arise, they should be solved through an agreement between the contracting parties, and if that is not possible, they will fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgrade court.
Article 6
This contract comes into effect upon the date of signing.
Član 7.
The contract is made in 2 (two) identical copies, one copy for each contracting party.
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. |
