A short description of the patent - innovation:

By maintaining the cooling and lubricating liquids at ambient temperature the wearing of tools is decreased and the expenses are thus considerably reduced.

In the first phase on the surface and in the tool contact zone the temperature of cutting is registered by the two-colour pyrometer and the recorder, and the signal is transferred in the second stage to the PID regulator which regulates the cooling and lubricating fluid through the valve. If, during the series production, the fluid temperature rises above the ambient level in the third phase, the cooling device, mounted on the pump outlet, reacts under the influence of the control transducer and cools the fluid to ambient temperature.
